Key Responsibilities: Develop, update, and maintain technical, procedural, and agreement documentation, translating complex technical content into clear, accessible formats. Support the maintenance of the DDSB SharePoint Portal, ensuring accurate, current, and secure content is available to stakeholders. Maintain a centralized repository of organizational foundation documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with DHA policies. Produce knowledge base articles, training documentation, SOPs, and quick reference guides to enable efficient troubleshooting and knowledge transfer. Promote situational awareness of technical changes, updates, and deployments that impact production environments. Collaborate with system administrators, engineers, and IA staff to capture lessons learned and integrate them into the knowledge base for continuous improvement. Develops -Knowledge base articles and SOPs. Updated SharePoint Portal content. Centralized repository of foundational documents. Training and documentation packages. The IT KM Specialist ensures DHA&rsquo;s enterprise IT teams have timely, accurate, and accessible knowledge resources that support decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and reduce risk.
