With our headquarters on the historic trading floor of Beursplein 5 and a recently opened office in New York City, we work with around 175 people from more than 35 nationalities. English is our working language, and our culture is informal, entrepreneurial, and highly driven.</p><p style=\"min-height: 1.7em;\"></p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">Our HR &amp; Recruitment team consists of seven colleagues, including a Head of People and Organization, HR Officers, an Office manager, and two Corporate Recruiters. You will combine working independently with close collaboration within the team, with knowledge sharing and alignment at the core of how we work. As a scale-up, AFS offers a lot of freedom to take on recruitment projects and develop yourself in the direction you want to grow.</p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"min-height: 1.7em;\"></p><h4><strong>What will you do?</strong></h4><p class=\"MsoNormal\">As a Corporate Recruiter, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process. You will be the point of contact for hiring managers, build relationships with candidates, and keep a close eye on the progress of ongoing processes.
