Reporting to the Water Management Supervisor, Energy and Infrastructure, you will be part of the Energy and Infrastructure Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s culture, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance (inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, etc.) on all the E&I Water Management assets; Perform HDPE Fusion and other pipe fitting project in accordance with industry standards Contribute to the multidisciplinary water management crew with professional diversity and leadership; Training and mentoring of seasonal employees and trades apprentices; Ensure equipment preparation and operation are in accordance with environmental and industry standards; Prepare equipment such as hoses, pumps, suction plates, connectors and HDPE parts and hardware; Apply and review the best dewatering practices in the day-to-day job; Complete all work with the highest Health and Safety standards, while promoting these values to colleagues. Monitor and oversee pumping operations of all on-site dewatering.
