Eastern Connecticut State University Department of Business Administration 1-Year, Full-Time Temporary Instructor for AY 2026-2027 Instructor or Assistant Professor, Management & Marketing Eastern Connecticut State University is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the Temporary Instructor or Assistant Professor, Management & Marketing position. Eastern is Connecticut’s Public Liberal Arts University and is located in Willimantic, Connecticut which is 1.5 hours from Boston and 2.5 hours from New York City. Eastern is one of four universities in the Connecticut State College and University System (CSCU). The position also offers substantial health and retirement benefits. Eastern Connecticut State University has been named a “Great College to Work For” by The Chronicle of Higher Education ten times. It has been recognized nationally as a green college for nine consecutive years. Eastern is also among the latest U.S. News and World Report editions of “Best Colleges.” With small classes and a friendly, family-like atmosphere, Eastern is known for building meaningful connections between faculty and students. Eastern Connecticut State University supports its faculty through extensive professional development opportunities, research grants, and a collaborative environment fostered by the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Assessment. This is a one-year appointment, renewable annually for up to three years, contingent upon performance and institutional need. This is a non-tenure track position.
