We offer hands-on manager and leadership training, employee appreciation days, and staff awards and recognition. SUMMARY
The Front Desk Agent (Agente de Recepción) welcome guests with a warm, friendly smile while handling arrivals and departures efficiently. Provide personalized service that exceeds expectations and contributes to a positive guest experience.
PAY & PERKS
Compensation: $23.20**
Earn $1000 for Culinary, Engineering, Housekeeping, and $350 for all other roles for each hired referral at any Evans Hotels property.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Proactively provides our guests with personal service and attention that exceeds their expectations.
Build guest loyalty by listening and responding to guest needs with care and attention.
Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
Collaborate with all departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
Deliver excellent service during reservations and use effective upselling techniques.
Assist all hotel guests thoughtfully and professionally.
Answer phones courteously using proper telephone etiquette.
Maintain guest records and input information into hotel systems.
Handle cash, credit cards, and special billing according to procedures.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 6 months of front office experience, or 2 years of hospitality experience and/or training.
Previous similar position in a hotel, or similar business entity preferred.
Availability to work on weekends and holidays is required.
Ability to always maintain a friendly, professional, team-oriented, positive demeanor and diplomatic attitude, especially under stress or challenges.
Experience in dealing with the public is preferred, such as retail cashier, food industry service, guest service with public contacts, etc.
Ability to stand, kneel, squat for prolonged periods of time, up to and including, the entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
The following position will be filled in accordance with the process set forth in California Labor Code Section 2810.8 and San Diego Municipal Code 311.0101 et. seq.
**The pay scale posted is the salary or hourly wage range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position during the first year of employment.
