Come, stay, and grow with us.</p>\n<h2>What Drives Success</h2>\n<p><strong>Location: Richardson, TX (This position is 100% onsite at our headquarters in Richardson, TX, requiring attendance in-office 5 days a week, Monday-Friday)</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will work alongside our global team of Product Owners, Business Solution Architects and Developers to collaborate on specifications based on stakeholder requirements, validate the proposals, and deliver the solutions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Design and Development</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Hands-on coding to deliver user stories, optimize and refactor code to improve performance </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>End to end solutions within <strong>SAP Commerce (Hybris)</strong> platform and <strong>SAP CPQ </strong>integrating with SAP ECC, CRM Systems (Salesforce or similar) and other external web services. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead technical code review to ensure standards and requirements are met </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, integration guides, and API documentation. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Create custom skills to automate repetitive tasks and document to maintain and share context with the rest of the team and improve governance using Claude AI or similar </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Troubleshoot complex production issues (memory leaks, thread dumps) and optimize backend services. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in enterprise level technical design review. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Release Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Take ownership of release cycles including running scrum ceremonies </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Documenting and getting the change approved to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and oversee automated testing frameworks. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Collaboration</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams to translate business objectives into an executable plan. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver intuitive and efficient user experiences </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Guide and mentor a team of backend developers in Java/Spring best practice, code quality, and Hybris-specific development standards. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Vision - The starting salary range for this role and market is between  <strong>$113,000 - $148,050</strong> annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
