You will be responsible for completing Fixed Wiring Testing (EICR) across a variety of domestic and commercial properties, primarily within social housing and local authority sectors, which includes carrying out remedial works during the inspection visit where possible, with full rewires for non-compliant properties. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p>· Conduct EICRs and complete associated remedial works</p>\n<p>· Diagnose, identify, and report electrical faults accurately</p>\n<p>· Complete all job notes, photos, and certificates using Oneserve and EasyCert</p>\n<p>· Communicate professionally with residents, clients, and colleagues</p>\n<p>· Deliver excellent customer service at all times</p>\n<p>· Adhere to company policies and operational standards</p>\n<p>· Take part in training and support continuous business improvement</p>\n<p>· Carry out additional duties as required by management</p>\n<p>· Work safely in accordance with current Health &amp; Safety regulations</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<p>· Strong knowledge of the electrical industry</p>\n<p>· Extensive experience in testing and inspection</p>\n<p>· Competent in completing electrical certification</p>\n<p>· Proven diagnostic and fault-finding ability</p>\n<p>· Ability to work as part of a team</p>\n<p>· Accurate reporting and excellent attention to detail</p>\n<p>· Confident using mobile devices to complete electronic job sheets</p>\n<p>· Good practical skills and customer communication</p>\n<p>· Positive attitude, reliability and good timekeeping</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Will Have</span></p>\n<p>· L3 Electrical Installations Diploma</p>\n<p>· City &amp; Guilds NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification (or equivalent - preferred)</p>\n<p>· AM2 Assessment (preferred)</p>\n<p>· Inspection &amp; Testing (C&amp;G 2391-51)</p>\n<p>· 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (C&amp;G 2382-18)</p>\n<p>· Full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months)</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<p>At Fixatex, we believe great work deserves great rewards.
