This is an ONSITE role in Olathe, KS
Key Responsibilities:
Lead teams in development of proposals, statements of work and associated cost estimates.
Serve as the technical point of contact for customers and the program manager.
Define and implement project scope, objectives, deliverables, prepare schedules and resource forecasting in Microsoft project.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets using Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics.
Lead a robust risk management process to identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Contain scope growth though robust baseline change management.
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics. At least 6 years of experience in project engineering or related roles in the Aerospace industry
