    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Advanced Process Engineer ensures achievement of the four core principles when implementing process, product, or equipment changes. The role provides technical expertise and knowledge to the manufacturing process, including raw materials, equipment, and processes, and implements new technologies, processes, and raw materials. This role is based on-site at our Wilmington, North Carolina facility.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with Manufacturing Experts to resolve technical issues.</li>\n <li>Assist the Technology Leader with site product quality, including run plans, finished product quality performance, and quality RCAs.</li>\n <li>Maintain continuous engagement in the production facility to identify and remove barriers inhibiting flawless production.</li>\n <li>Lead PHAs.</li>\n <li>Work with the Capital Project Owner on process discipline-related project design and installations.</li>\n <li>Lead site odor team, including analysis of scan results and TO diverts, monthly reporting and managing capital improvements.</li>\n <li>Develop and lead MOCs (Management of Change) for all projects and process activities.</li>\n <li>Participate in proactive safety activities including learning walks, Life Critical Audits, Odor Scans, and Incident Investigations.</li>\n <li>Drive improvements in production capacity, efficiency, process safety, and environmental performance in accordance with the UTP and BTP plan.</li>\n <li>Develop plans for execution of plant trials for new products, raw materials, processes, and equipment.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain plans to address gaps from entitlement targets, most effective technology (MET), and best practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.</li>\n <li>5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Key Capabilities</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to analyze complex situations and think strategically.</li>\n <li>Ability to think creatively.</li>\n <li>Technical, reliability, and process safety knowledge.</li>\n <li>Manufacturing experience including ability to read P&IDs, understand operating procedures, and troubleshoot issues.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Key Attributes</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Communicates effectively</li>\n <li>Tech savvy</li>\n <li>Manages complexity</li>\n <li>Decision quality</li>\n <li>Drives results</li>\n <li>Cultivates innovation</li>\n <li>Collaboration</li>\n</ul>",
