This role focuses on guiding hiking and biking excursions both on and off property, while ensuring a safe, engaging, and highly personalized guest experience.</p><p>This position plays an integral role in shaping our outdoor programming and requires someone who is equally comfortable leading an activity, managing safety in dynamic environments, and delivering a level of service consistent with a luxury hospitality setting.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Outdoor Programming &amp; Guest Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Lead guided hiking and biking experiences on and off property, tailored to guest ability and interest</li><li>Design and deliver seasonal outdoor programming that reflects the landscape and guest preferences</li><li>Act as a primary point of contact for guests, anticipating needs and personalizing each experience</li><li>Create a welcoming, engaging environment that encourages guest participation and connection</li></ul><p><strong>Safety &amp; Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a Wilderness First Responder, ensuring guest safety across all activities</li><li>Assess weather, terrain, and conditions to make sound decisions in real time</li><li>Prepare and maintain all equipment and activity areas to the highest standards</li><li>Respond calmly and effectively to changing conditions, guest needs, or emergencies</li></ul><p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Support</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate closely with internal teams to execute daily guest itineraries</li><li>Support broader guest services as needed, including arrivals, property tours, and special requests</li><li>Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of outdoor offerings</li></ul>",
