Flexibility for occasional late evenings is required, and coverage for approximately two weekends per month is expected.</p>\n<p>Both parents are frequently home, and extended family members are often present. The ideal candidate is confident, secure, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment with multiple adults in the home.
