They will provide training and basic guidance and direction to help students achieve their technical training goals.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Essential functions:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide students with direction, instruction, and assistance in designated areas of instruction.</li>\n <li>Motivate and counsel students in areas of behavior, training, personal problems, or study habits.</li>\n <li>Develop and prepare lessons in accordance with approved curriculum guidelines, recommend curricula changes and supplemental materials.</li>\n <li>Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain organized, clean, and safe training environment.</li>\n <li>Participate in student assessment panels, perform required documentation and evaluation using CIS (Center Information System) and other documentation systems.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Certified by NCCER or AWS or standard established by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Boiler and Pressure Vessel code.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why:</strong> Make a positive impact in your community by doing meaningful work that results in a rewarding career.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Management &amp; Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
