    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Direct experience in fund placement or third-party distribution is strongly preferred</em></span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As part of our continued growth across Asia, Greenstone is looking to hire a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">senior APAC Investor Relations professional</span> to play a key role in leading and scaling our regional distribution platform.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position will be ideally based in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Singapore</span> and will have primary responsibility for driving investor coverage and fundraising activity across <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Singapore, South Korea, Japan and Hong Kong</span>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are looking for a highly credible, commercially minded professional who can help us deepen our relationships with the region’s leading institutional investors and support the ongoing expansion of our APAC franchise.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key focus areas of the role include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading capital raising initiatives across private equity, private credit, real assets, infrastructure and other alternative strategies</li>\n<li>Building and strengthening relationships with institutional allocators across APAC, including sovereign wealth funds, pensions, insurers, private banks, EAMs and family offices</li>\n<li>Acting as the senior point of contact for global fund manager partners in the region</li>\n<li>Positioning and presenting private market strategies to sophisticated investors</li>\n<li>Driving pipeline activity, roadshows and investor engagement across key markets</li>\n<li>Helping to shape and execute our broader APAC growth strategy</li>\n<li>Supporting the development and management of the regional Investor Relations team</li>\n<li>Implementing best practices, processes and structures to support a scalable platform</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We’re looking for someone who brings:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A well-established <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">institutional investor network across APAC</span>, particularly in Singapore, Korea, Japan and Hong Kong</li>\n<li>Proven experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">fund placement, institutional sales, investor relations or private markets distribution</span></li>\n<li>A strong understanding of private markets and alternative investment strategies</li>\n<li>A track record of successfully raising capital from sophisticated APAC allocators</li>\n<li>Experience managing GP relationships and representing global investment managers</li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership and people management capability</li>\n<li>The ability to operate at both a strategic and hands-on execution level</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing global firm and play a meaningful role in building a market-leading APAC platform, working closely with top-tier global fund managers and some of the region’s most sophisticated investors.</p>",
