If you are looking for a rewarding career with competitive wages, benefits and opportunities for growth, Hi-Vac wants you!</p><p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p>The Quality Technician tests and inspects products at various stages of the production process and compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products.</p><p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Inspect components of in-process and finished products.</strong> Performs visual inspections according to approved quality control procedures. Including welds and paint applications.</li><li><strong>Ensure compliance with quality standards:&nbsp;</strong>Verify that products meet industry and customer quality specifications, as well as regulatory requirements.</li><li><strong>Document and report findings:</strong> Records test results, inspection findings, and any deviations from quality standards. Prepare inspection reports and communicate results to management.</li><li><strong>Support corrective actions</strong>: Work with production teams to identify root causes of defects of quality issues and support corrective actions or improvements in the manufacturing process.</li><li><strong>Conduct audits and process reviews:</strong> Perform periodic audits of manufacturing processes and assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Use measurement and testing equipment:&nbsp;</strong>Operate measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) and specialized testing equipment to perform inspections.</li><li><strong>Collaborate with cross-functional teams:&nbsp;</strong>Work closely with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to resolve quality concerns and improve processes.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Maintain Quality Documentation:&nbsp;</strong>Ensure that all quality-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for review by internal and external auditors.</li><li><strong>Assist in Training:&nbsp;</strong>Train production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Finalize overall appearance of final product before delivery:&nbsp;</strong>Detail interior and exterior of trucks before departure for increased customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education:&nbsp;</strong>High School Diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification in quality control, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus.</li><li><strong>Experience:&nbsp;</strong>At least 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of quality control standards, tools and processes</li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications</li><li>Proficient in using measurement tools and inspection equipment&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li><li>Good communication and teamwork abilities</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Great work schedule and full benefits package options to include the list below and more.&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits Package</li><li>Disability and Life insurance</li><li>401k plans</li><li>Paid Time Off and Holidays</li><li>Safety Boot, Prescription Safety Glasses &amp; Uniform program.&nbsp;</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
