Our bustling café sits at the heart of the guest experience, and we are looking for a passionate, reliable leader to help us maintain our high standards of service.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">The Role</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Supervisor to maintain exceptional customer service and presentation within the restaurant; to start as early as July 2026.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">As the Cafe Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the seamless delivery of food and beverages, managing all aspects of customer service within the Café. This hands-on position includes supervising the team during your shift, ensuring the efficient operation of the Café, from setup to cleanup.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Previous experience in a comparable role preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must be hands on and take ownership of day-to-day operations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in delivering high-quality presentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a small team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to working hours (<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">including weekends</span>)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all dining spaces.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Physically capable of manual tasks, including prolonged standing, lifting, bending, and carrying.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Own transport would be advantageous due to the location.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Promptly report any maintenance issues or inventory shortages to management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strictly adhere to Food Safety &amp; Health &amp; Safety processes at all times.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide polite, professional interactions with guests and respond to any requests efficiently and courteously.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills We Love</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in cafés, bars, or restaurants required (e.g., making coffee, serving food).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in hospitality or customer service required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong interpersonal skills &amp; a customer-focused smile—perfect for chatting with families!</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Full training provided.
