They also provide clinical supervision and direction to Mental Health Professionals. They provide mental health services consistent with expectations of professional training and experience.</p>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan, manage, supervise, and coordinate clinical services for mental health staff, ensuring compliance with policies, accreditation standards, and patient safety initiatives, while maintaining open communication with institutional staff.</li>\n <li>Provide clinical supervision, professional education, and staff development, including training, on-boarding, and disciplinary counseling, ensuring staff competency and ethical performance.</li>\n <li>Oversee and implement evidence-based treatment programs, mental health treatment planning, activity therapy, and substance use disorder programs, ensuring proper clinical documentation and participation in Quality Improvement Programs.</li>\n <li>Conduct staff selection and recruitment, supervise clerical support staff, manage inventory and supplies, and ensure on-call mental health consultation services for crisis intervention.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with the site Psychiatrist for crisis intervention oversight, review clinical service reports, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compliance with facility standards, including professional appearance and working relationships.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Qualifications & Requirements</strong></h2>\n<p>Education</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in social work, clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited college or university required.
