text-decoration: underline\">Duties</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Effective Planning</span></p>\n<p>Develop comprehensive plans that outline project objectives, scope, tasks, timeline and deliverables.</p>\n<p>Update schedules as needed and communicate with stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track and within timeframe.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Resource Planning</span></p>\n<p>Allocate resources (manpower, materials and equipment) and assign tasks to ensure successful project completion.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client Relationship Management</span><br>Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships.  </p>\n<p>Liaising with stakeholders between site teams and engineers, advising on potential delays or risks to project.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality Assurance and Reporting</span><br>Monitor, analyse and report on project progress ensuring at all times, communication is clear and accurate and to a high standard.</p>\n<p>Provide regular progress reports and forecasts for project managers, clients, and stakeholders.  Identify variations or changes to project plans.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills and Experience Required:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Planning and Organising</span><br>Ability to structure complex tasks, manage timelines, and prioritise effectively.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Problem Solving</span><br>Identify issues, analyse root causes, and implement practical solutions.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Communicating and Influencing</span><br>Strong interpersonal skills to convey information clearly.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp;
