Performs activities related to <strong>Assembly</strong>, <strong>Lamination</strong>, or <strong>Winding</strong> in a manufacturing environment, while adhering to all safety standards.</p><p><br><u><strong>Requirements:</strong></u></p><ul><li>High school diploma preferred but not required.</li></ul><p><u><strong>Major Areas:</strong></u></p><ul><li><strong>Assembly</strong>; responsible for the assembly of motor, generators and drives.</li><li><strong>Lamination</strong>; responsible for assembling laminated subassemblies for stator winding, pole winding, exciter winding and rotor assembly.</li><li><strong>Winding</strong>; performs the setup, layout, winding, connecting, testing and troubleshooting of electrical AC or DC rotating equipment.</li></ul><p><u><strong>Skills Matrix:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Skills and advancement within the department is documented via the Skills Matrix. The skills matrix outlines the skills Assembly, Lamination, and Winding, an opportunity to increase your salary.</li></ul><p><u><strong>Salary:</strong></u></p><ul><li>1st Shift; salary range $18.00 hourly to $23.00 hourly</li><li>Will compensate with experience.
