    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.46.11/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.46.11/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>HVAC Controls Electrician/Installer</strong></p><p><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">SUMMARY:</strong></p><p><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">ACES is offering immediate full-time positions for self-motivated and experienced electricians to join our growing installation team.</span></p><p><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">This role involves all aspects of the installation process for building automation systems.&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">POSITION TYPE:</strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">&nbsp;Full-Time, overtime may be required based on project needs</span></p><p><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">REPORTS TO:</strong><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Installation Manager&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:</strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Read jobsite drawings (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) to understand proper installation areas and requirements</span></li><li>Install and terminate low voltage cable</li><li>Bend and install conduit consisting of EMT, Ridgid, and PVC</li><li>Install panels to walls and HVAC equipment</li><li>Install field devices such as sensors, thermostats, and damper actuators for HVAC equipment</li><li>Install DDC controllers in panels</li><li>Read ACES generated wiring drawings to understand how to wire equipment</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow in the organization and support the team.</li><li>Utilize various hand tools and equipment and maintain tools and equipment for proper functionality.&nbsp;</li><li>Some travel with occasional overnight stays. &nbsp;(10%)</li><li>Flexibility to work outside normal work hours/weekends, as required.</li><li>Other duties as required.</li></ul><p><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p>This position has no supervisory responsibilities.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><p><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
