    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Join us as an </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AI/Agent Engineer Google Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform (formerly Vertex AI)</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">!</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In this role you’ll design and build production AI agents on Google’s agent stack — Agent Studio, the Agent Development Kit (ADK), Gemini models — and integrate them into real enterprise systems and workflows.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your future tasks: <br></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and ship AI agents on Google’s Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform (Agent Studio, ADK, Gemini), including tool/function calling, RAG, and multi-step orchestration.</li>\n<li>Integrate agents with client systems and data sources via APIs.</li>\n<li>Design for the enterprise reality: reliability, security, human-in-the-loop control points, explainability and evaluation.</li>\n<li>Work closely with our product, design and delivery teams — and directly with client stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Help establish reusable patterns and best practices, and share knowledge through enablement and documentation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we expect from You: </span> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid software engineering fundamentals and hands-on Python (roughly 2+ years building real things; more for senior/lead).</li>\n<li>Practical experience building LLM-powered applications or agents with Google ADK / Vertex AI.</li>\n<li>A working understanding of LLM building blocks: prompting, RAG, tool/function calling, and how to evaluate and debug agent behaviour.</li>\n<li>Comfort integrating REST APIs and working with GCP.</li>\n<li>Good written and spoken English, and the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to have:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in financial services or another regulated industry.</li>\n<li>Multi-agent orchestration, agent-to-agent (A2A) or MCP, vector databases, LLMOps/MLOps.</li>\n<li>Experience mentoring engineers or leading a small delivery stream (for the lead level).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer to You:<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>We invest in your growth with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">performance reviews every 6 months</span> — when your progress shows you’re ready, we’ll make sure your promotion reflects that.</li>\n<li>Work on a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">MacBook or Lenovo</span> and pick the gadgets that suit you best 👨‍💻</li>\n<li>Enjoy a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">hybrid setup</span> with 1–2 days in our <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Budapest office</span> (in the City Centre near Kálvin tér) — or more flexibility if you’re not based in Budapest.
