We take great pride in providing top-notch customer service and high-quality, locally grown plants and produce. We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Retail Sales Associates</span> to join our team for the 2026 season. This is a fast-paced and exciting opportunity to work with beautiful products and interact with the best customers in a fun, outdoor environment.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Main Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Customer Excellence:</span> Greet customers warmly, assist them in selecting plants and produce, answer questions, and help carry/load purchases into vehicles.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sales Operations:</span> Accurately process cash, check, credit card, and gift card transactions using our point-of-sale (POS) system.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Product Care &amp; Merchandising:</span> Set up daily produce displays, update signage and pricing, and care for plants (watering, fertilizing, and deadheading) to ensure everything looks its best.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Inventory Management:</span> Assist in safely unloading trucks from our farm and keep produce fully stocked throughout the day.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Site Maintenance:</span> Clean, sweep, and organize the sales space to provide a neat, professional, and safe shopping area.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Brand Representation:</span> Consistently represent Untiedt’s in a positive and professional manner as the face of our farm.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Basic Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Stamina:</span> Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the entire shift.
