Performs other duties as assigned.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br/>Performs construction skills related to layout and building of required offices, or spaces as directed.<br/>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br/>Paints interior and exterior surfaces as directed to maintain appearance of facility.<br/>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br/>Installs various wall coverings or wall mounted items.<br/>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br/>Installs and repairs acoustical ceilings.<br/>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br/>Prepares and installs floor surfaces.<br/>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br/>Completes assigned goals.</p><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><p>Required</p><p>Preferred</p><p>5 years of experience in construction or carpentry maintenance in a healthcare setting.</p><p><strong>Education</strong></p><p>Minimum</p><p>Knowledge, skills and mental development equivalent to completion of 4 years of high school, or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience<br/>&nbsp;</p><p>Preferred</p><p>High School graduate or equivalent</p><p><strong>Training</strong></p><p>Required</p><p>Preferred</p><p>Completion of Vocational or Technical Training Program is desired but not required for hire</p><p><strong>Special Skills</strong></p><p>Required</p><p>Ability to operate saws and other related carpentry tools.<br/>Skilled in the use of carpentry related tools and methods.</p><p><strong>Licensure</strong></p><p>Required</p><p>DRIVER'S LICENSE (CURRENT)<br/><br/>&nbsp;</p>",
