    "requisitionDescription": "<div>\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.23.21/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.23.21/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <div><div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\" style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;line-height:normal;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;text-align:center;'><strong><span style='font-size:19px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE</span></strong></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;line-height:normal;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;text-align:center;'><strong><span style='font-size:19px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Department: &nbsp;Sales&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Reports To: &nbsp; &nbsp;Inside Sales Associate</strong></p><p><strong>FLSA Status:&nbsp;Non-Exempt</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>General Purpose of the Position:</strong></p><p>The Inside Sales Associate will monitor sales metrics and manage the sales administration process. &nbsp;They will collaborate with various professionals, so it&rsquo;s essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Education, Experience, and Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) Required:</strong></p><p>BS degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration or relevant field. &nbsp;Proven work experience in customer experience or as inside sales manager. &nbsp;Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel. &nbsp; In depth understanding of the sales administration process. &nbsp;Have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills, along with numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>&nbsp;Follow order from start to completion, including providing tracking, estimated lead times, updates, and revisions as needed.</li><li>Confirm product availability &amp; dealer pricing.</li><li>Work with vendors and team members on registering projects and sending quotes.</li><li>Liaise with dealers to update opportunities &amp; follow-up on projects.</li><li>Conducting warm sales campaigns &amp; update Marketing teams on activity.</li><li>Liaise with Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.</li><li>Update and create portal access for dealers, introduce channels of Starin communication.</li><li>Update dealers&rsquo; brand franchising, as needed, for their companies&rsquo; tiered pricing.</li><li>Maintain sales phone queue line.</li><li>Address and resolve customer issues.</li><li>Research and coordinate with other departments to create solutions for dealers&rsquo; wants &amp; needs.</li><li>Build an open-communication environment with both dealers and manufacturers.</li><li>Partner with outside sales (Key Account Managers) on key accounts.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Required to sit for long periods of time</li><li>Infrequent light physical effort required</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p><p>Work is performed in an inside office environment</p><p><strong>Career Path:</strong></p><p>The Inside Sales Associate has various career paths that could be followed.
