    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p><br>The Mold Maintenance associate safely performs maintenance service and repairs to molds and other tooling used in the manufacture of wind blades.</p><p><br><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Safely and efficiently use hand tools and power tools<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Preparing all molds for operation<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure that standard work is being followed&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow all safety protocols, especially given potential exposure to chemicals<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform production tasks to cover absences to meet quality and delivery objectives<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Essential to 5S and improving organization on the production floor<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform all other duties as assigned</p><p><br><strong>Education/ Skills/ Experience:</strong></p><p><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Demonstrated training and mentoring skills<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to maintain a safe work environment<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Previous TPI experience preferred but not required.</p><p><br><strong>Physical Skills and Abilities:</strong></p><p><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to be on the factory floor for long periods of time, potentially working across all shifts at times.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Stamina to work 50+ hours/week to support plant performance.<br>&nbsp;</p>",
