          "text": "<p>We are looking for a Structural Designer with 3+ years of experience in existing building design/field&#xa0;<br>\nwork. The work will include field investigations, structural analysis and design, client interactions,&#xa0;<br>\nand collaboration with other design and construction professionals. The successful candidate will&#xa0;<br>\nhave the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects involving steel, concrete, timber,&#xa0;<br>\nand masonry, including historical restoration and renovation of existing buildings.&#xa0;</p><p>Responsibilities:&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Completes feasibility studies by studying project plans, conducting site investigations,&#xa0;identifying and establishing performance standards; preparing construction documents&#xa0;and submittals.&#xa0;</li><li>Verifies and supports construction by performing compliance inspections and tests;&#xa0;resolving construction problems related to structural design; coordinating and conferring&#xa0;with construction and production contractors.&#xa0;</li><li>Documents structural design and maintenance by recording design features and&#xa0;maintenance requirements, and warnings; detailing safety requirements.&#xa0;</li><li>Develop comprehensive plans, details and Specifications.&#xa0;</li><li>Construction administration, including field/ site visits and ability to solve problems that&#xa0;may arise during construction.&#xa0;</li><li>Work in conjunction with senior staff to assist with unique structural-related issues.&#xa0;</li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
