    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span>As a Coating I operator, you will be responsible for proficiency in Spreading or Churn Room Operations within our Coated Fabrics department. You will report to the Production Supervisor and be part of the Production Team. This role is based in Beacon, New York.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>A day in the life of a Coating I - Spreading can look like:</span></p><ul><li><span>Tests all safety devices/emergency stop buttons at the start of each shift</span></li><li><span>Conducts safety audit of area at the start of each shift</span></li><li><span>Notifies Supervisor of any safety hazard found during shift</span></li><li><span>Reviews production schedule and verifies expectations for the shift</span></li><li><span>Weighs material according to schedule (Compounders)</span></li><li><span>Records weight and lot information of material weighed (Compounders, Stackers)</span></li><li><span>Stages material in appropriate area</span></li><li><span>Enters data into computer</span></li><li><span>Operates machines according to Standard Operating Procedures</span></li><li><span>Assist in other areas as assigned by management</span></li><li><span>Participate in all company training initiatives assigned</span></li><li><span>Maintain safe work environment&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Liaison with inter-company departments to ensure appropriate schedule attainment, availability of raw materials and quality standards are being met.</span></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0.25in;\">&nbsp;</p><p><span>We are looking for you to have (choose what is applicable)</span></p><ul><li><span>High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)</span></li><li><span>High School Level Math Skills</span></li><li><span>Ability to speak and write English Language</span></li><li><span>Ability to work in a team environment</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication skills&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Accuracy in reading weights and measures</span></li><li><span>Prior forklift experience and current forklift certification</span></li><li><span>Leadership acumen</span></li><li><span>Positive team spirit</span></li><li><span>Entrepreneurial and customer focus</span></li><li><span>Learning agility</span></li><li><span>Ability to deliver what is promised</span></li><li><span>Drive for change and innovation</span></li><li><span>Ability to build relationships through collaboration</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>What we offer you&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>The benefits of working at AMMEGA go beyond the daily work.
