Your work will include maintaining clear documentation aligned with the FFT model, participating in supervision and training, and delivering direct clinical services that make a tangible difference in the lives of those you serve. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a supportive, mission-driven team while developing your expertise in a proven therapeutic approach.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>As a Functional Family Therapist, you will provide:</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Conduct a comprehensive initial assessment to include all desired treatment outcomes, assessment of systemic strengths and needs, comprehensive safety plan, and analysis of contributing factors to referral behaviors</li>\r\n\t<li>Carry a caseload of 10-12 clients</li>\r\n\t<li>Engage the entire family unit in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagement</li>\r\n\t<li>Implement problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, case outcome review, and strategy revision procedure</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts that promote peer and supervisory review and feedback, and that demonstrate compliance with the FFT model</li>\r\n\t<li>Collaborate with all relevant systems and key participants within each system to ensure their buy-in and cooperation throughout FFT treatment</li>\r\n\t<li>Provide direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with the FFT model</li>\r\n\t<li>Participate in all FFT training, supervision and consultation activities</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><em>This description outlines the general scope and level of work for this role.
