          "text": "<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>CEDA is currently seeking a Picker Operator for our Lloydminster location for a&#xa0;<strong>Well Pad Decommissioning Program with our Client.&#xa0;</strong></p><p>We are seeking skilled and safety-focused personnel to support a Well Pad Decommissioning Program. The scope of work includes the safe decommissioning, dismantling, and reclamation of well pad facilities, ensuring all activities are completed in compliance with regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and client safety procedures.</p><p>Successful candidates will work as part of a collaborative team responsible for equipment removal, facility demolition, site remediation support, and overall project execution. Our work is difficult but we get it done safely and with great people</li></ul><p><strong>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Operate and maintain picker trucks and/or boom trucks</li><li>Haul, load, and off-load equipment</li><li>Understand and obey all provincial and federal highway rules and regulations</li><li>Ensure equipment meets operation and safety requirements</li><li>Practice proper legal load securement</li><li>Take part in all safety meetings</li><li>Operate company vehicles and equipment in a professional, safe and courteous manner</li><li>Complete required paperwork for unit pre-trip, inspections, job reports, log book and safety documents</li><li>Strictly observe and enforce all company and client safety requirements</li><li>Work as part of a team and follow direction from supervision</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Picker Truck Certification required</li><li>Driving is in your nature, you will pass CEDA’s driver assessment with flying colours</li><li><strong>Minimum 3&#xa0;years of experience</strong></li><li>Must have a valid H2S Alive certificate and CSO, First Aid, Confined Space and Fall Protection</li><li>Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test, at a CEDA booked appointment</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
