The Available Workforce, also referred to as the "AW", is a bench of flexible recruiters, sourcers and coordinators that are readily available for internal positions within Talent Solutions RPO. It is designed to enable RPO to strategically align to our clients needs and scale quickly. All positions that are opened within RPO are sent to you, as an Available Workforce Consultant, first before being opened externally.
