The primary responsibilities of the head coach include</span><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\"> game day preparation, conducting practices, scheduling games, and recruiting for</span><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\"> the women’s basketball program. Additional responsibilities include teaching a limited </span><br><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">number of physical education courses and other duties as assigned. Applicants must </span><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">have a combination of at least five years of collegiate basketball coaching/playing </span><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">experience and an understanding of recruiting student athletes at a small, liberal arts </span><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">college.
