    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>PacSci EMC, a Ralliant operating company, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex aerospace and defense programs supporting major customers and mission-critical applications. This role serves as the primary customer-facing leader for assigned programs and is responsible for program execution, customer engagement, proposal leadership, financial performance, and cross-functional coordination.</p><p><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Lead program execution for assigned aerospace and defense customers while serving as the primary customer-facing representative for PacSci EMC.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage multiple complex programs simultaneously, including large-scale programs exceeding $100M in annual revenue.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Own program financial performance, including estimate-to-complete (ETC), estimate-at-complete (EAC), forecasting, and overall program execution.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Lead customer communications, contract negotiations, proposal activities, and pricing discussions.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop and implement strategies for expanding business opportunities with existing and new customers.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring contractual requirements, schedules, and deliverables are achieved.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinate proposal development efforts, including management and cost volume preparation, pricing recommendations, and bid/no-bid assessments.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Generate and release program work authorization documentation defining scope, schedules, budgets, contractual requirements, and deliverables.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop and maintain sales and order forecasts for assigned programs.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assess Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to identify business opportunities and recommend growth strategies.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare and present program reviews, customer updates, and executive-level presentations.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Contracts, Procurement, Finance, Quality, Strategic Sourcing, and Business Development teams.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Drive accountability and execution internally to ensure customer commitments are achieved.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain regular operational engagement with production and manufacturing teams; this is not a desk-only role.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Travel as required to support customer, program, and business needs.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Mentor and support less experienced Program Managers by sharing customer management and program execution best practices.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform other duties as assigned.</p><p><br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;6–10+ years of Program Management experience within aerospace, defense, semiconductor, or complex technical manufacturing environments.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong customer-facing experience managing external customers and high-visibility relationships.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience managing multiple programs simultaneously in fast-paced environments.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Demonstrated ability to manage difficult customer situations, competing priorities, and program execution challenges.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong financial acumen with working knowledge of ETC/EAC forecasting, margins, and program financial performance.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience supporting proposals, pricing activities, and contract negotiations.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to drive accountability and execution across cross-functional teams.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience managing program risk, customer expectations, and changing priorities.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Comfort operating in a fast-paced, highly visible, customer-driven environment.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Lean/Six Sigma understanding preferred; Green Belt certification is a plus.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar enterprise systems preferred.</p><p><br><strong>Education and Experience</strong><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field required.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience within aerospace and defense environments preferred but transferable experience from adjacent industries will be considered.</p><p><br><strong>Work Environment &amp; Travel</strong><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;This position is fully onsite in Chandler, AZ.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Travel expectation is approximately 25%, primarily customer-facing travel.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;This role operates in a fast-paced environment requiring strong prioritization, communication, and operational engagement.</p><p><br><strong>ITAR Requirement</strong><br>This position requires compliance with U.S. export control regulations.
