    "description": "<p><strong>Occupational Therapist</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>Infinity Rehab is seeking a compassionate and motivated <strong>Occupational Therapist</strong> to join our therapy team. In this role, you will help adults improve their independence, safety, and quality of life through individualized, evidence-based therapy services.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>The Occupational Therapist will evaluate residents, create and carry out treatment plans, document progress, communicate with the care team, and provide therapy services under physician orders. This position works with adults who may have orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, or other medical conditions that impact daily function.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>We welcome both experienced Occupational Therapists and new graduates who are ready to grow in a supportive clinical environment.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Evaluate residents and identify functional needs</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Provide skilled therapy focused on daily living skills, mobility, safety, strength, coordination, and independence</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress, and discharge plans</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Support residents in reaching their highest level of function and independence</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Follow company policies, professional standards, and physician orders</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Current Occupational Therapist license, or ability to obtain licensure, in the state of practice</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Strong communication and documentation skills</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>A team-focused approach to care</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Passion for helping older adults improve their quality of life</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Why Join Infinity Rehab?</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>Infinity Rehab is a therapist-run organization committed to clinical excellence, evidence-based care, professional development, and supportive team culture.
