    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div><strong>Forklift Operator</strong></div><p>The role of a forklift operator is responsible for the safe handling of Adams Beverages Products in the warehouse. &nbsp;This general warehouse assignment requires the candidate to perform duties such as truck loading, unloading, receiving, replenishing, counting inventory, and dock management. &nbsp;The Warehouse employee must understand all company policies and procedures. This position reports directly to the Shift Warehouse Mangers, Director of Operations, COO, VP&rsquo;s, Branch Managers and Ownership. This is a non-exempt position and is subject to overtime calculations.</p><p><strong>Primary Objectives and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>These responsibilities and objectives include but are not limited to:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Attendance Expectations<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Work Schedule &ndash; must be flexible&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>Neat and Clean Appearance</li><li>Professionalism</li><li>Communication</li><li>Positive Attitude</li><li>Perform warehouse duties, such as truck loading, order picking/building, inventory management, etc.&nbsp;<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Ability to perform WMS (Warehouse Management System) functions using technology (iPod / iPad handheld)</li><li>Safe and Proper Operation of forklift and/or walkie-rider is required<ul type=\"square\"><li>Maintain all certification required to operate said equipment</li></ul></li></ul></li><li>Ensure loads are built and loaded accurately in a timely manner&nbsp;<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Load and unload delivery trucks&nbsp;</li><li>Proper stock rotation according to Anheuser Busch policy in the warehouse and on the delivery trucks</li></ul></li><li>Uphold appearance and sanitation of facility</li><li>Safe and Careful handling of all inventory</li><li>Prepare and sort damaged product for repack</li><li>Preserve general maintenance of equipment</li><li>Report any and all safety concerns immediately</li><li>Continued education programs as required<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Encompass Training</li><li>ABU Curriculum (on-line training)</li><li>Safety compliance knowledge</li><li>Product Knowledge (Styles, Categories, etc.)</li><li>Solid Understanding of the total product portfolio (brands and packages)</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Development of Forklift Operator:</strong></p><p>A Forklift Operator with proper development can expect opportunities to move into roles such as Warehouse Manager. &nbsp; Additional opportunities may exist in movement to Sales, Merchandising, or Delivery.</p><ul><li>Product Knowledge &ndash; Must understand the entire Adams Beverages Portfolio</li><li>Continued education programs as required</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Encompass Training</li><li>Safety Training</li></ul></ul><p><strong>Forklift Operator &amp; Warehouse Employee Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers in a professional manner.</li><li>Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service in all aspects of the job.</li><li>Knowledge of company objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic environment.</li><li>Understands the importance of detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work well in a team environment and is always willing to assist others.</li><li>Must demonstrate reasoning ability to anticipate and solve practical problems and resolve issues.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Excellent interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent computer skills in all applicable programs.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Forklift Certification</li><li>3-5 years of experience with material delivery or distribution preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>High School Diploma required or GED equivalent&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent physical ability; Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds (unassisted) repeatedly over the course of the day.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>In addition, they are required to functionally lift and maneuver up to 165 pounds (with limited assistance of a hand truck or lifting implement).&nbsp;</li><li>Vision abilities required by this job include close vision.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to withstand the physically demands of repeated lifting, pulling and managing heavy equipment and objects</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>The physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the Warehouse Employee job.
