This is a part-time, low-volume engagement designed for an experienced practitioner who is looking to supplement an existing practice with a flexible, straightforward affiliation.</p>\n<p>The role involves minimal day-to-day involvement and is structured to require only light, as-needed participation. Most matters will be handled by our core legal team; the Of Counsel attorney will primarily serve as our Virginia-licensed counsel of record and advisor on Virginia-specific issues as they arise.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the firm's Virginia-licensed attorney of record on select matters involving Virginia law or Virginia-based clients.</li>\n<li>Provide occasional consultation on Virginia state law, local rules, and procedural questions as they arise.</li>\n<li>Review filings, correspondence, or documents that require signature or oversight by Virginia-licensed counsel.</li>\n<li>Maintain good standing with the State Bar of Virginia throughout the engagement.</li>\n<li>Communicate promptly with the firm on any time-sensitive Virginia-related matters.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active license to practice law in the State of Virginia, in good standing with the State Bar of Virginia.</li>\n<li>Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.</li>\n<li>Minimum of 3–5 years of legal practice experience (preferred but flexible).</li>\n<li>Current malpractice insurance coverage (or willingness to obtain).</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and reliable responsiveness.</li>\n<li>Comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative arrangement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Engagement Details</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Type: </span>Of Counsel – independent contractor / affiliation basis.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Time Commitment: </span>Minimal and as-needed; ideal for attorneys with an existing practice.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location: </span>Remote</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Term: </span>Ongoing, with a written Of Counsel agreement consistent with Virginia Rules of Professional Conduct.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why This Role</span></p>\n<p>This is a low-effort, high-flexibility role well suited to an Virginia attorney who wants a stable supplemental affiliation without taking on a full caseload.
