    "description": "<h2> Overview </h2>\n<p>Our firm is supporting a series of upcoming federal Workday initiatives, and we are actively seeking <strong>Workday-certified consultants</strong> with <strong>active security clearances</strong> to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects with a collaborative team of HRIS and ERP professionals.</p>\n<h2> Responsibilities </h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead or support Workday implementations, enhancements, and integrations</li>\n <li>Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to design and configure Workday modules (HCM, Financials, Time Tracking, etc.)</li>\n <li>Perform functional and technical analysis of business requirements and translate into Workday solutions</li>\n <li>Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution</li>\n <li>Provide post-implementation support, training, and documentation</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with federal security and data governance standards</li>\n</ul>\n<h2> Qualifications </h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Active security clearance (Secret or higher)</li>\n <li>Workday certification in one or more modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials, Time Tracking, etc.)</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience in Workday implementation or support roles</li>\n <li>Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday configurations</li>\n <li>Experience supporting Workday in a federal or government contracting environment</li>\n <li>Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Skills:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience working within a government or regulated industry</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Agile project methodologies</li>\n <li>Workday Studio or integration experience is a plus</li>\n <li>Ability to obtain additional clearance if needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2> </h2>\n<p><strong>Compensation</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>The compensation range for this role as a consultant is $100+/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
