Het Accounting Team Benelux bestaat uit Belgische en Nederlandse professionals en houdt zich bezig met het verwerken en monitoren van transacties, Month-End-Close activiteiten, procesverbeteringen, fiscaliteiten, risicobeheersing en diverse rapportages. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waarin verandering de constante is; we zijn continu bezig onze processen en informatiestromen te verbeteren en onze dienstverlening naar de organisatie naar een hoger niveau te tillen. We zijn ambitieus, maar dat bied je mooie en leerzame uitdagingen. We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste General Ledger Accountant (medior/senior) om ons Accounting Team te komen versterken. Als General Ledger Accountant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de accounting processen in de Benelux en vervul je een centrale rol in de DLL-organisatie; uiteindelijk komt alles samen in Finance. Dagelijkse praktijk: Zorgt samen met het Accounting Team voor de volledigheid en juistheid van de financiële administratie en daarop gebaseerd financiële rapportages. Participeert in de Month End Close-activiteiten van het Accounting Team en werkt nauw samen met outsourcingspartners. Beheer van het grootboek; afletteren van transacties, opstellen van ouderdomsanalyses en specificaties (balansreconciliaties). Uitvoeren van internal controls binnen het Risk Control Framework (RCF). Draagt zorg voor compliance met het fiscale wet- en regelgeving (omzetbelasting, Intrastat). Vertegenwoordigt het Accounting Team Benelux bij diverse projecten. Belangrijk: Je hebt tenminste een Bachelor-opleiding in administratief/financieel/economische richting. Je hebt tenminste 3-5 jaar ervaring op het gebied van het verwerken en monitoren van Accounting transacties en -processen. Je krijgt energie van het werken met complexe systemen en grote hoeveelheden data. Je vindt het leuk en bent in staat om administratieve processen (en boekingen) te doorgronden en te verbeteren. Je hebt affiniteit met informatietechnologie. Positieve, enthousiaste en flexibele instelling. Je bent een teamspeler en je bent sterk in communicatie. Je bent is staat om zelfstandig werkzaamheden af te ronden. Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en schrift. Je kunt goed overweg met Excel.
