This entry-level job is a unique opportunity to grow within a team open to change and initiative in a career field well in demand.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 176, 216);\">The Benefits</span></strong></p><p><em>Overall remuneration including:<br></em></p><ul><li>Group Insurance plan including dental, vision &amp; telemedicine;</li><li>401K plan with employer&#39;s contribution;</li><li>Three (3) weeks of paid vacation per year;</li><li>Twelve (12) paid wellness days per year.</li><li>Flexible working hours &amp; hybrid working;</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 176, 216);\">The Day-to-Day</span></strong></p><ul><li>Conduct field inspections and audits for safety and compliance risks and recommend corrective actions;</li><li>Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs, including permits, plans and records as required by country, state(s), &amp; various Local Regulatory Agencies;</li><li>Stay up to date on current clients and local regulations, including OSHA Regulations, Clean Water Act, Safe Water Drinking Act and other applicable laws;</li><li>Provide advice relating to compliance with client requirements, local regulations, and company policy;</li><li>Strong leadership and effective mentorship, coaching to the front-line staff;</li><li>Develop hazard assessments, trenching and excavation permits, flagging permits, fall protection plans, confined space entry plans, rescue plans, JSAs, etc;</li><li>Incident investigations;</li><li>Follow-up on and track corrective actions stemming from incident investigations, audits, inspections, and safety/compliance concern reporting;</li><li>Support Workers Compensation claims management and return to work;</li><li>Compile statistical data and reports as required;</li><li>Hold safety/compliance meeting;</li><li>Provide support for internal and external stakeholders during regulatory inspections;</li><li>Manage/Lead local training and special HSE/compliance Projects;</li><li>Build towards ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 compliance;</li><li>Support liability claims, including investigation, documentation, and communication with the public;</li><li>Perform additional tasks as assigned by upper management.</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 176, 216);\">The Skills We Are Looking for</span></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Certifications in Safety, Water/Wastewater certification (ASP, CSP, CHST, OHST, CIH,CWP, CWO, CES, etc.);</li><li>Knowledge of HSE Management or Water/Wastewater Compliance Management;</li><li>Knowledge of OSHA Regulations, Safe Water Drinking Act, Clean Water Act, NPDES permits and EPA standards;</li><li>High school diploma or GED;&nbsp;</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license;&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient with computers (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, HSE Management platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Compliance Tracking Tools, etc.);</li><li>Strong Entrepreneurial mindset;</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and determination of root cause and corrective actions;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with the public, regulators, team members, and supervisors;</li><li data-pasted=\"true\">Knowledge with water or wastewater treatment, public works, electrical safety, pesticide application, process safety (compressed gases), traffic control, trenching, heavy equipment is an asset;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><img src=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/cccustom/Client/Recruitment/growwithh2o_9a4c34c4-36a0-4451-95d9-d41b64c2871a.png\" style=\"width: 230px;\" class=\"fr-fic fr-dib\"><br><span style=\"color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\">#SOS<br>#ZR</span></p>\n",
