When you work here, you&rsquo;ll be treated with the same level of respect and positive attitude.</p><p>As a maintenance associate you will create and execute maintenance plans for equipment and machinery. You will also assist the facilities manager in project planning/execution and building maintenance.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Here&rsquo;s what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.</li></ul><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Use company&rsquo;s software maintenance program when completed assigned work.</li><li>Machine/equipment maintenance includes but is not limited to performing preventative maintenance on:<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>All printing presses</li><li>All printing conveyor dryers&nbsp;</li><li>All screen-making equipment</li><li>All screen reclaim equipment&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>Safely operate forklifts to move skids, barrels, and boxed inventory throughout the facility, including lifting, staging, and lowering pallets from storage locations.</li><li>Coordinate with outside contractors.</li><li>Perform general building maintenance indoors and outdoors, including painting, flooring, ceiling tiles, snow removal, and related tasks.&nbsp;</li><li>Handle waste management by collecting garbage, cardboard, and recyclables, and operating compactors as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Support workplace operations by setting up and tearing down meeting rooms, installing workstations and partitions, and assisting with inter-office moves.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage inventory of cleaning and paper supplies and assist with preparing refreshments (coffee, popcorn, nachos, etc.) for associates.</li><li>Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.&nbsp;</li><li>Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.</li></ul><p><strong>You might be a fit for this position if you are:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Someone who can communicate effectively with others, be a team player, as well as work independently.</li><li>Someone who has strong problem-solving, and organization skills.</li><li>A multi-tasker who is ready to act in any situation.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to prioritize assigned tasks.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, safety-oriented environment.</li><li>A self-starter, able to follow directions and conscientious of your work.&nbsp;</li><li>Someone who can make good on-the-spot judgment calls.</li></ul><p><strong>Required education/skills/experience:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent experience.<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Equivalent experience is considered having at least 1 year of longevity with a single employer, working in a full-time capacity.</li></ul></li><li>1+ years of experience with preventative maintenance.&nbsp;</li><li>Forklift certification preferred.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Previous maintenance experience preferred.</li><li>Experience with the equipment listed above preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Must possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>Basic mechanical aptitude.</li><li>Please refer to the physical requirements form for details on the physical requirements of this role.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p><p>An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties, responsibilities, and physical demands listed in this job description.&nbsp;</p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
