    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\">Position Summary</p><p>To deliver the company&rsquo;s standards of customer service with each parker transaction while maintaining an acceptable flow of traffic in and out of the parking facility. Receiving payment from customers for parking services and performing the following essential duties:</p><p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p><p>&bull; Verify the &ldquo;bank&rdquo; of cash provided for change and necessary supplies at the start of each shift.</p><p>&bull; Issue tickets to customers recording the required information on each ticket.</p><p>&bull; Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and timely.</p><p>&bull; Reporting to work on time.</p><p>&bull; Collect payment either through cash, credit card or validation always securing cash according to the company&rsquo;s standard operating procedures.</p><p>&bull; Accurately process exception transactions (e.g., lost tickets, grace period tickets, etc.) according to company policy, including completing the applicable form.</p><p>&bull; Provide the correct change for cash transactions and issue a receipt for all fee transactions.</p><p>&bull; Complete the daily shift paperwork by recording the number of transactions by parking rate, number of vehicles in and out of the facility, number of contract parkers, vehicles left in the facility, number of validated tickets and exception tickets.</p><p>&bull; Maintain a neat and orderly cashier booth at all times, free of debris and trash with clean windows void of unapproved company posters or decorative hangings.</p><p>&bull; Provide the company&rsquo;s standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues and thanking each customer upon exit. Completing Customer Damage Report with customer and relaying all information regarding claim reports to the Claims Department with assistance from the Shift Manager.</p><p>&bull; Notify management of any situation that needs attention.</p><p>&bull; Responsible at all times for reviewing, understanding and acknowledging in writing when requested, the company provided policies and procedures that directly support completing my required work duties</p><p id=\"isPasted\">Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p><p>&bull; May be asked by management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company&rsquo;s maintenance checklists.</p><p>&bull; Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.</p><p>Minimum Job Qualifications</p><p>&bull; A high school degree is required.</p><p>&bull; One year related experience.</p><p>&bull; Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence.</p><p>&bull; Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.</p><p>&bull; Have and maintain a valid driver&rsquo;s license.</p><p>&bull; Ability to safely drive a standard or automatic transmission vehicle.</p><p>&bull; Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer.</p><p>&bull; Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.</p><p>Qualifications Desired</p><p>&bull; Background in the service industry is desired, but not required.</p><p>&bull; Ability to perform basic math calculations.</p><p>Performance Standards</p><p>This position will receive an annual performance review from the direct supervisor to discuss actual performance as compared to company stated expectations and agreed upon job related performance goals for the upcoming year.</p><p>Physical Demands and Working Conditions</p><p>The physical demands of this position and the work environment characteristics described below are representative of those that must be met, with or without reasonable accommodations, by an employee to perform the essential functions of this position.
