    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">We are seeking a <strong>Mid-Senior Level Engineer&nbsp;</strong>with approximately 10-15 years of experience and a range of knowledge and practice with erosion and sedimentation (E&amp;S) controls projects primarily located in Western Pennsylvania. This position is based in GES&rsquo; Cranberry Township, PA office.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Preferred Experience and Requirements:</strong></span></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Bachelor&#39;s degree in Civil, Environmental or Agricultural Engineering or related discipline.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Professional engineering (PE) license in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain one in a reasonable timeframe (WV and OH are a plus).</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Erosion and sedimentation (E&amp;S) controls design.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Experience with E&amp;S Plan preparation and implementation.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Experience and knowledge of groundwater, soil, and soil vapor characterization and remedial techniques and technologies.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Experience with construction stormwater and stream encroachment permitting, specifically Pennsylvania Section 102 and 105 permitting.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Experience with cost estimating and bid preparation including technical proposal writing.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Experience with engineering principles of design, installation and construction.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Experience with environmental compliance and/or permitting (NPDES, Air Quality, SPCC) preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Ability to support project teams with excellent internal as well as excellent external client and regulatory communication skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Experience in environmental remediation is a plus.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Wetland identification and delineation experience is a plus.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D is a plus.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Key Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></span></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Support project teams with complex E&amp;S controls evaluation, engineering design, management and execution of field work, reporting, and client communications.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Lead and/or support client and bid proposal efforts as well as other life-cycle and order of magnitude costing efforts.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Assist clients and project teams across various industries with environmental compliance and/or permitting.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Review plans, specifications, and technical reports prepared by junior level staff.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Mentor and coach junior level staff on engineering activities.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Perform other related duties as assigned by the principal engineering manager.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in;
