    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>After School Program Group teachers provide leadership and supervision for elementary age students under their care, ensuring a safe and welcoming learning environment for all. Our program will operate after school hours (2:15-6:15pm) from September through June and staff must be prepared to serve for the <u>entirety</u> of the program.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise elementary students during their homework time and assist as needed</li>\n <li>Manage classroom and student behaviors</li>\n <li>Organize classroom materials</li>\n <li>Assist with weekly devotions and provide guidance to students in after school programs.</li>\n <li>Work with teachers and Director in providing a pleasant and safe learning environment for students</li>\n <li>Complete all daily logging in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Present and report disciplinary issues to the Director and assist in evaluating each situation as it arises.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma</li>\n <li>Experience working with children</li>\n <li>Proficiency in playing a musical instrument and ability to teach music preferred</li>\n</ul>",
