You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and Property Managers to make sure capital improvements and larger unit turns go smoothly, stay on budget, and meet our standards. This role is ideal for someone who knows their way around tools, can take the lead on big unit turns and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get a job done right. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We also embrace technology to streamline operations, so if you’re comfortable using maintenance software, digital tools, and apps to track work orders, manage schedules, and boost efficiency, you’ll thrive in this role.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Your day-to-day will include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Establish and execute the scope of work for larger unit turns in coordination with the Project Manager</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Tackling large scale unit turns over $5,000 (we’re talking full refreshes, not just touch-ups)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work with your team to complete capital improvement projects, while leaning on vendors as needed.
