Head Start/Early Head Start integrates high-quality early education and family engagement with other critical services.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>The Center Based Site Coordinator will coach, mentor, supervise, and train assigned site staff. They will ensure assigned site(s) meets requirements of Head Start Performance Standards, Oregon Child Care Licensing and Quality Rating Improvement System. This position also collaborates with Content Area Coordinator/Manager’s around service delivery, assuring comprehensive service delivery integration and documentation. They also function as liaison and information conduit between the site staff and Head Start Leadership and participate as a member of Head Start Leadership team. This is an in person, onsite position.</p>",
