Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them.</p>\n<p><strong>Required qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3 years of Related experience and/or training in a healthcare environment.</li>\n <li>3 years of Working knowledge and ability to perform duties of all trade classifications including electrical, (circuit, panel-level, MCCs, automated transfer switches and UPS), plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC.</li>\n <li>3 years of Competency to operate and troubleshoot microprocessor-based devices including controls, switches, relays, and other electronics.</li>\n <li>3 years of Ability to write, read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.</li>\n <li>3 years of Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other incumbents of the organization.</li>\n <li>3 years of Safety, OSHA regulations and related documentation.</li>\n <li>3 years Also, refer to Position Specifications outlined in the appropriate collective bargaining agreement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>H.S.
