      "content": "\n<li>Minimum of five years of experience working within the miscellaneous metals, structural metals, or architectural metals industry preferred.</li>\n<li>Prior experience leading crews, coordinating field operations, or serving in a foreman/supervisory capacity strongly preferred.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and safety-related documentation.</li>\n<li>Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate measurements, layouts, angles, and degrees.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of AWS D1.1 standards and industry welding practices.</li>\n<li>Experience with welding processes including:\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding)</li>\n<li>FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding)</li>\n<li>GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding)</li>\n<li>GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding)</li>\n\n\n<li>Current welding certifications or the ability to successfully complete a weld qualification test.</li>\n</ul></li>"
