In this role, the candidate will gain experience and education in multiple areas of Residential Operations including building design, development, apartment renovations, leasing/sales and marketing, and performance management through the study and analysis of various performance metrics.&nbsp;</p></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong>​</strong><br></p><p><strong>Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li>Work closely with various members of the leasing and asset management teams</li><li>Tour and inspect residential buildings and apartments for quality control of apartment prep</li><li>Research competitive proeprties to help support pricing decisions, marketing initiatives and design and development of future projects</li><li>Data collection and high level analysis to help drive and improve perfomance results.</li><li>Participationin the creation of annual budgets across the entire portfolio</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul></td></tr></tbody></table><p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or other related fields.</li><li>Experience working in a corporate office environment is preferred.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel is preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organization skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.</li></ul></td></tr></tbody></table></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
