Every member of the IYR works to contribute to the Programs and Services in their own way to make them accessible to all youth who need those services in Idaho.</p><p><br></p><p>Must Haves:</p><ul><li>Must be 21 years of age</li><li>Must have a valid Idaho driver’s license or obtain one within 15 days of hire</li><li>Must possess High School diploma OR equivalent and three years full time experience in a children's residential facility OR an Associate's degree and two years full time experience in a children's residential care facility OR a Bachelor's degree and one year full time experience in a children's residential care facility.</li></ul><p>Our Shift Supervisors:</p><ul><li>Leads up to 20 staff and/or interns assigned to them to provide outstanding care to youth and complete all required tasks</li><li>Assists with on-boarding and training Youth Care Providers</li><li>Carries out duties and tasks in accordance with the program’s standards and procedures and ensures that other direct care staff do the same</li></ul><p>This position will work 5/8s from 2:45pm - 11pm and will include at least one weekend day.</p><p><br></p><p>As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions.
