Performance drives our company through the lens of service, integrity, and shared ownership.</p><h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul><li>Diagnoses and repairs mechanical problems in small equipment</li><li>Maintains a work area that is clean and safe</li><li>Handles road and service calls as needed</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Accurately complete repair records</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to interpret equipment technical manuals and follow troubleshooting guidelines.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Follows safe waste disposal procedures</li><li>Provide best estimate repair time on job assignment. Tests mechanical products or equipment before being put back into service.</li><li>Proper use of hand and power tools as necessary.</li></ul><ul><li>&nbsp;Other duties as assigned<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><h2><strong>Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required </strong></h2><p><strong><em>Education</em></strong></p><ul><li>High school or GED accepted</li></ul><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Technical school certification preferred</p><p><strong><em>Experience</em></strong></p><ul><li>1 year of mechanical experience with small parts/engines required</li></ul><p><strong><em>Skills &amp; Requirements</em></strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 18 years of age</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and insurable driving record</li><li>Successful Pre-Employment Drug and Agility tests</li><li>Ability to lift 100 LBS or more</li><li>Must be eligible to drive company&rsquo;s vehicles.</li><li>Successful Background Check</li><li>Requires standing, kneeling, crouching, stooping or crawling, bending, twisting, keeping or regaining balance</li><li>Requires using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls</li><li>Consistent use of Proper Protective Equipment PPE when working on or around equipment parts or components.</li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision at times and able to work within a specific set of directions. &nbsp;Requires working under deadlines to get the equipment back into service.
