Key Responsibilities Diagnoses and repairs mechanical problems in small equipment Maintains a work area that is clean and safe Handles road and service calls as needed Accurately complete repair records Ability to interpret equipment technical manuals and follow troubleshooting guidelines. Follows safe waste disposal procedures Provide best estimate repair time on job assignment. Tests mechanical products or equipment before being put back into service. Proper use of hand and power tools as necessary. Other duties as assigned Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required  Education High school or GED accepted Technical school certification preferred Experience 1 year of mechanical experience with small parts/engines required Skills & Requirements Minimum 18 years of age Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record Successful Pre-Employment Drug and Agility tests Ability to lift 100 LBS or more Must be eligible to drive company’s vehicles. Successful Background Check Requires standing, kneeling, crouching, stooping or crawling, bending, twisting, keeping or regaining balance Requires using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls Consistent use of Proper Protective Equipment PPE when working on or around equipment parts or components. Ability to work with minimal supervision at times and able to work within a specific set of directions. Requires working under deadlines to get the equipment back into service. Requires work with others in a group or team. Working Conditions | Environment | Special Requirements Full time onsite Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, State and Federal regulations.
