The principal is an elderly woman with an active lifestyle who values professionalism, discretion, and high standards. This role is best suited for a seasoned housekeeper who can step in confidently with minimal direction and take pride in maintaining an impeccably run home.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Full-charge housekeeping, including detailed cleaning and upkeep of all living spaces</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Expert care of fine finishes, furnishings, and delicate surfaces</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Polishing and proper care of silverware and specialty household items</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Organization of closets, cabinets, and household storage</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Laundry and ironing, including proper garment care</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Light cooking and meal preparation (a plus, not required)</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Working closely and respectfully with the principal to maintain household preferences</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Preparing the home for entertaining and assisting as needed during hosted events</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 10 years of experience working in a formal private household</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards without hands-on training</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Comfortable wearing a uniform while on duty</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and a proactive, professional demeanor</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Clear, confident English communication skills (important to ensure effective day-to-day communication)</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>German language skills are a plus, but not required</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Physically able to perform the duties of a hands-on housekeeping role</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<p>$40–$50 per hour (DOE</p>",
