This position is responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing individual and group counseling, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. The LPC plays a key role in supporting clients&#39; recovery journeys while ensuring services are trauma-informed, evidence-based, and culturally competent.</span></p>\n\n<h3><span style=\"display:block;
